Job summary

Singapore Exchange Limited is seeking a Product Analysis and Shaping lead to deeply understand domain products, guide the technology roadmap, and ensure alignment with user needs and regulatory context.

You will co-own the roadmap with the Business Owner, prioritise features by impact and feasibility, collaborate with vendors, communicate direction and metrics to stakeholders at all levels, and lead a high-performing team of Technical Product Owners and UX designers to deliver resilient,

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of domain products and contribute to the long-term tech roadmap.
• Define north-star metric and KPIs with the Business Owner; partner with engineering/data to ensure observability.
• Produce artifacts (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, AI-assisted specs) with stakeholders.
• Co-own product roadmap with Business Owner; align with goals, needs, regulatory context.
• Prioritize features/enhancements based on user impact, value, regulatory requirements, feasibility.
• Collaborate with software vendors to shape roadmaps for SGX ambitions.
• Communicate product direction, metrics, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Build consensus and manage expectations on priorities, trade-offs, and uncertainty.
• Support the team in complex stakeholder settings.
• Use AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and specs before engineering time.
• Drive continuous discovery via user interviews, prototypes, and usage data.
• Make trade-offs explicit and drive decisions on scope, build vs buy, quick win vs durable fix.
• Challenge status quo and help shape product practice and SDLC improvements.
• Create, lead, and manage a high-performing team of technical product owners and UX designers.
• Elevate productivity through understanding of market, customer demands and platform capabilities.
• Develop and execute strategic vision for SGX’s products within your domain; keep team engaged.
• Ensure resiliency and stability of SGX systems, especially CIIs.

Job description

Product Analysis and Shaping

• Develop a deep understanding of the products in your domain(e.g.,features, user experience, technical architecture, data flows) and contribute to the long-term technology roadmap of the product domain.
• Define, with theBusiness Ownerand your team, the north-star metric and supporting KPIs that guide product iteration, and partner with engineering and data teams to ensure these metrics are observable.
• Produce the artefacts that engineeringor vendorsneedsto act on, whether that's requirements, user stories,acceptancecriteriaor AI-assisted product specs, by partnering with stakeholders to understand the underlying businessopportunities.

Roadmap andPrioritisation

• Co-own the product roadmap with theBusiness Owner, keeping it aligned with company goals, member needs, regulatory context, and other products within your domain and across domains.
• Prioritisefeatures and enhancements based on evidence of user impact, business value,regulatoryrequirementsand technical feasibility.
• Work withsoftwarevendors to shape their roadmapsupportSGX’s ambitions.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate product direction,metrics, and progress tointernal and externalstakeholders at all levels.

• Create, lead, and manage a high-performing and efficient team ofTechnical Product Ownersand UX Designers.
• Elevate the team’s productivity by instilling a deep understanding of the market, customerdemandsand platform capabilities.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for SGX’s productswithin your domainand share this with the team, keep them excited and highly engaged.
• Ensure the team’s awareness of the importance of ensuring resiliency and stability for SGX’s systems, especially CIIs.
