Job summary

Ogier Global in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented fund accounting professional to support the Investor Services team across private equity, real estate and venture capital funds. You will assist in NAV calculations, investor reporting, and maintaining data integrity to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Fund accounting/ administration focusing on closed ended Private Equity, Real Estate and Venture Capital.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional accounting qualification preferred (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Investran knowledge would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of applicable statutory laws and regulatory requirements, including AML.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of client service.

• Production and circulation of invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors.
• Maintain data integrity and maximize system potential to drive efficiency and client service.
• Proactively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required.

Description

Assisting the Assistant Manager/ Manager in Investor Services team in all aspects of fund administration and accounting services. The successful candidate will need to efficiently support the Manager in managing a varied portfolio of clients and related entities focusing on Private Equity Funds, managing the related workload to ensure that client request for actions are responded to within a suitable timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the NAV calculation of the Fund and other performance metrics for Manager's review.
• Coordinate investor servicing activities, including investor onboarding, capital calls and distributions, carried interest calculations and the issuance of investor statements.
• Processing of bank payments, reconciliation of payment logs and approvals.
• Coordinate the year end audit and liaise with auditors; involve in drafting the year-end financial statements under IFRS or US GAAP
• Production and circulation of invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors.
• Absolute devotion to data integrity with attention to detail in all activity, with particular focus on utilising the systems to their maximum potential to drive efficiency and client service.
• Pro-actively take on and support additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by your manager or clients.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 2-3 years’ experience in Fund accounting/ administration focusing on closed ended Private Equity, Real Estate and Venture Capital;
• Strong academic background, preferably Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Having an accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Working knowledge of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Investran knowledge would be advantageous;
• Good understanding of the applicable statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations;
