Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial services, managing large corporates.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the bank's objectives and financial targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee project lifecycles from concept through execution and monitoring.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure prudent resource allocation and financial controls.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect assets and reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and industry partners.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present reports and analyses to senior management with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and internal policies.
