Qualifications

• 10–15 years progressive experience in financial services; at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Proven track record leading teams, managing complex projects, and achieving strategic objectives.
• Deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
