Job summary

OCBC Bank’s Central Procurement Office (CPO) is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end sourcing for Non‑IT categories, including professional services and manpower engagements. You will drive RFPs/RFQs, structure commercial models, and govern supplier engagements with cross‑functional teams across Finance, Legal, and Risk.

We value strong stakeholder management, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver cost optimization in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• Good understanding of service-based procurement models and contracts.
• Proven experience in managing sourcing processes and negotiations.
• Familiar with procurement governance, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing across Non-IT categories, including RFPs, RFQs, and direct negotiations.
• Develop and execute category strategies for professional services and manpower engagements.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and drive transparent, defensible selection processes.
• Structure and negotiate commercial models to ensure cost effectiveness and clarity in deliverables.
• Work with Legal to ensure contracts include scope, deliverables, SLAs, and protections.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support governance and risk management.
