Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Solution Architect – Risk & Compliance in Singapore to lead end-to-end solution design for risk and compliance domains. You will architect scalable, secure platforms aligned with Basel, IFRS9, and MAS guidelines while ensuring high-quality insights across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with trading, risk, operations, and finance stakeholders, guiding engineers and data teams to adopt best practices in data quality, observability, and governance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise/solutions architecture experience.
• Deep domain expertise in Risk (Credit, Market, Liquidity, Operational, Model Risk) and Compliance (AML, KYC, Sanctions, Fraud).
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence across 1LOD–3LOD and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution and architecture design for Risk & Compliance domains.
• Design scalable, secure, audit-ready platforms meeting Basel/IFRS9/ MAS controls.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and platform teams to ensure design adherence.
• Define architectures for risk data sourcing, modelling, analytics, and reporting.
• Oversee integration with fraud/AML systems, risk engines, and workflow platforms.
