Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients’ investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes. **Job Responsibilities*** Manage and grow relationships with Singapore Corporate Banking clients, serving as a trusted advisor on treasury and risk management matters.* Originate, market and execute Global Markets solutions across FX, Interest Rates and Commodities to address clients' hedging, yield enhancement and risk management requirements.* Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase wallet share and transaction volumes across the Global Markets product suite.* Promote and increase client adoption of electronic trading platforms and digital execution channels to enhance client experience, operational efficiency and transaction volumes.* Monitor market developments and macroeconomic trends, translating insights into actionable ideas and solutions for clients.* Partner closely with Corporate Banking, Trading and other stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions and maximise cross-selling opportunities.* Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable internal policies, regulatory requirements and market conduct standards, including requirements relating to OTC derivatives and treasury products.* Achieve individual and team revenue targets while contributing to the overall growth of the Global Markets franchise. **Requirements** * Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Global Markets Sales, Corporate Treasury Advisory, or a similar client-facing role.* Experience covering Singapore-based large corporates, multinational corporations (MNCs) and regional treasury centres (RTCs), with a strong understanding of their treasury, funding and risk management requirements.* Strong knowledge of FX, Interest Rates and Commodity products, including their application in yield enhancement, corporate hedging and risk management.* Experience in both vanilla and fast-flow FX products, with the ability to originate, manage and grow FX transaction volumes.* Demonstrated success in driving client adoption of electronic trading platforms and digital execution solutions across FX and treasury products.* Proven track record in client relationship management, revenue generation and business development.* Ability to engage senior treasury professionals and key corporate stakeholders to deliver practical and value-added hedging solutions.* Self-motivated team player with high standards of professionalism, integrity and client focus.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.## **Additional Requirements**CMFAS M1B - Rules and Regulations for Dealing in Securities (Non SGX-ST members) - Singapore, CMFAS M5 - Rules & Regulations for Financial Advisory Services - Singapore, CMFAS M6A - Securities and Futures Product Knowledge - Singapore, CMFAS M6 - Securities Products and Analysis - SingaporeBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
