Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a VP Sales FPSO to expand our compression business in the FPSO market. Lead a dedicated team, align with engineering firms, end users, and EPCs across regions, and drive bids from Feed through final offers.

Define strategy for each project, coordinate cross-regional sales, and nurture relationships with customers and lease companies. Promote the after-service value proposition and ensure alignment with gas turbine businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred Mechanical).
• 12+ years in compression FPSO and/or O&G sales with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for FPSO projects, bid decisions, and regional sales negotiations.
• Coordinate sales efforts across regions based on customer locations.
• Engage early with engineering firms, end users, and lease companies during the Feed phase.
• Collaborate with the proposal and commercial sales teams to create winning bids.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for ongoing engagement.
