Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Leasing & Transaction Management Manager to oversee end-to-end real estate transactions across its regional portfolio, including office, branch, and retail spaces. You will lead lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, disposals and workplace transformation projects to ensure alignment with business needs and financial objectives.

Qualifications

Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications from RICS, MIV, SIOR, CoreNet Global, or equivalent advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end real estate transactions including: new leases, lease renewals, rent reviews, expansions and disposals.
Develop transaction strategies that support business growth and workplace objectives.
Negotiate rental rates, incentives, capex contributions and lease terms with landlords and agents.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Risk Management, Technology and Project Management teams.
Ensure governance, compliance and proper transaction records.
