Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced technology risk and cybersecurity leader for Group Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) in Singapore. You will oversee governance, risk, access controls and incident readiness for CRE technology platforms.

Engage with GTO partners, banks’ tech and risk teams, and regulatory bodies. Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and experience in financial institutions are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, information security governance, or corporate real estate tech is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, risk management, cybersecurity compliance and operational resilience of CRE systems across the Group.
• Serve as primary interface with internal and external stakeholders on technology-related matters.
• Manage user access governance, RBAC and vendor access controls.
• Coordinate third-party risk management, due diligence and remediation of identified gaps.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews, track remediation activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Guide Change management and project implementations with CRE technology teams.
