Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Technology Risk & Governance Lead for Group Corporate Real Estate Services in Singapore. You will oversee governance, risk management and cybersecurity compliance of CRE technology platforms, serving as the primary interface with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires 8–12 years in technology risk or cybersecurity within financial services, with strong knowledge of IAM, vendor risk and data governance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in technology risk and cybersecurity.
• Experience in property technology or corporate real estate tech management.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong governance, cybersecurity and risk management frameworks knowledge.
• Knowledge of IAM, user access governance and third‑party risk management.
• Exposure to OT, BMS, smart building tech and IoT platforms is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of AI, automation and data analytics concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance & oversight of CRE systems and technology.
• Conduct technology risk assessments and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
• Manage user access controls, reviews, and privileged access governance.
• Perform vendor due diligence and monitor technology risk.
• Coordinate regulatory reviews and remediation activities.
• Act as liaison with GTO Business Partners and technology teams on change requests.
• Support BCP, DR planning and incident response for CRE tech platforms.
• Oversee data governance and analytics initiatives.
• Guide AI enablement and pilot initiatives in coordination with Tech, Data, Risk and Compliance teams.
