Job summary

Bank of America Singapore is seeking a Product Risk Execution professional to drive risk deliverables across the GPS APAC region. You will translate enterprise risk requirements into actionable product deliverables and support governance across core risk processes.

You will work with Product Managers and stakeholders to manage deliverables, identify gaps, coordinate dependencies, and elevate risks to protect execution timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Process Design, Business Controls, Risk Management, Product Risk, or related risk functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn complex products, processes, and risk requirements and independently drive assigned deliverables through completion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines while adapting to changing business priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate requirements, issues, risks, and required actions.
• Demonstrated ability to connect the dots across organizational silos, think outside the box, and apply an enterprise mindset.
• Ability to proactively identify, resolve, or appropriately elevate issues and barriers to maintain execution timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Enable execution of risk management across GPS APAC.
• Ensure high quality of product risk governance across Issues Management, SPI, PRA, SPIs, and related processes.
• Engage and influence control partners across Business Controls, COO, risk and compliance teams.
• Manage routines with Product Managers and partners to review issues, watch items, and regulatory initiatives.
• Drive and QA development of Product Intake assessments, PRAs, SPIs, issue documentation and action plans.
• Lead SPI owners on risk and controls assessment, including process identification and updates.
• Lead regulatory change management activities and escalate issues with legal/regulatory teams.
• Advise on audit inquiries and regulatory engagements, and respond to requests for information.
• Monitor key risk indicators across GPS products and track control metrics and losses.
