Job summary

Empower Partners Singapore is seeking a senior product leader to expand asset management capabilities in Singapore. The role spans product development, investment solutions and platform initiatives with exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

You will drive new initiatives from concept through implementation, coordinate across teams, and manage governance and approvals for institutional products and strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development and investment/product solutions is required.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate investment ideas into executable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and structure new investment products and institutional solutions

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience within asset management, investment management, financial institutions or related environments
• Experience in product development, investment products, fund solutions or investment services
• Good understanding of institutional investment products and structures
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate investment ideas into executable products
