Job summary

Nodeworthy is seeking a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end—from roadmap to delivery—within a fast-moving Web3 environment. You will collaborate with engineering and data teams, conduct market research, and translate leadership direction into actionable plans.

The role requires shipping products from discovery through launch, maintaining lightweight processes, and keeping stakeholders aligned across functions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of product management experience.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, data, analytics or developer tools is preferred.
• Strong interest in digital assets and familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Experience shipping products from problem definition through launch.
• Clear, structured product documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with engineers on technical or data-driven products.
• Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and take ownership.
• Must be able to work remotely with overlap during GMT+8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap based on user needs and business objectives.
• Translate leadership direction into clear product priorities and delivery plans.
• Define and monitor metrics measuring product adoption, performance and impact.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on feasible requirements.
• Guide products from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Maintain alignment on scope, objectives and delivery with stakeholders.
• Conduct market, competitor and user research and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Establish lightweight product discovery, prioritisation and delivery processes.
• Maintain clear product documentation and decision records.
• Support a distributed team across technical and commercial functions.
