United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore seeks a VP, Private Banking L2 Production Support Lead to manage a team handling Temenos TripleA and Odyssey, RM Workbench, and related Private Banking apps. Hybrid work in Central Region, with accountability for incident management, vendor relationships and continual service improvement.

The role demands 8+ years in production support, at least 2 years in leadership, and strong ITIL, governance and communication skills within a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years’ relevant experience in production support, preferably in banking/financial services.
• At least 2 years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos TripleA and Odyssey, ITIL practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of production support analysts for Private Banking apps.
• Act as escalation point for major incidents and service disruptions; manage incidents end-to-end.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and meet business requirements.
• Adhere to change, release and problem management processes; approve deployment plans.
• Partner with delivery teams on requirements, validation of fixes, and small projects.
• Contribute to system maintenance, DR readiness and BCM activities.
