In this role you will:

• Own the end-to-end client journey across the Executive Premier propositions, delivering seamless and personalised experience from initial contact and service resolution through to wealth management and insurance referrals.
• Define and continuously raise service standards, monitor performance, address service gaps and ensure complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Exercise sound judgement and make confident decisions within delegated authority, balancing client needs with the Bank’s risk appetite and control requirements.
• Protect the Bank’s franchise by conducting and approving periodically enhanced due diligence reviews for SCC clients and Private Bank high-net-worth clients.
• Ensure consistent adherence to KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements across the team’s portfolio.
• Make effective operational decisions that support a high-quality client experience while maintaining strong risk and control standards.
• Build a team clients remember, hire, coach and develop a high-performing, engaged team through open communication, regular feedback and recognition. Grow service-led advisory conversations that connect clients with the right solutions, responsibly.

To be successful you will need:

• At least 8+ years’ experience in Wealth Management, supported by strong academic qualifications; proven team leadership experience is preferred.
• Proven record of delivering exceptional service, particularly in premium or luxury customer environments, would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, controls and regulatory requirements, with the ability to maintain excellent client experience while upholding control standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients, colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Clear commitment to developing people, encouraging collaboration and creating a positive customer service culture.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
