Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience across product, technology, and engineering leadership.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer fintech products.
• Experience leading multi-market teams in Asia is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data, AI and emerging technologies in product decisions.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology and product solutions.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through scaling.
• Identify opportunities across consumer finance, digital lending, payments and other financial services.
• Translate market trends and customer insights into product priorities and execution plans.
• Establish product metrics and ensure data-driven decisions and outcomes.
• Lead the product engineering organisation in partnership with engineering and technology leaders.
• Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
