Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Ability to define architecture and solution blocks with business needs in mind.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
• Strong governance, change management and incident handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage new solutions involving Enterprise and Regional LAN and WAN network infrastructure.
• Define architecture and solution blocks; document system requirements for end-to-end execution.
• Establish governance and playbooks for cross-team deployment.
• Ensure end-to-end deployment, hardening and production promotion; provide L3 SME support.
• Plan, design and configure cloud services; manage cloud environments per security guidelines.
• Interact with users to provide cloud support and design API-driven automation.
• Participate in on-call support and follow-the-sun routine.
