Job summary

Next Frontier Capital seeks a Cybersecurity Intelligence Vice President to lead malware analysis, reverse engineering, and threat hunting; you will shape resilient defenses and guide incident response coordination.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, develop strategic cybersecurity initiatives, and strengthen monitoring across the firm's global technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity focusing on threat intelligence, malware analysis, and reverse engineering.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports.
• Proven track record in reverse engineering malware.
• Experience with debuggers, disassemblers, and malware analysis tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra).
• Coding/scripting experience (Python, C, JavaScript, VBScript).
• Background in Forensics, Log Analysis, Incident Response or Threat Intelligence.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mac, mobile OSs and x86/x64 architectures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct malware analysis and reverse engineering of suspicious code.
• Perform deep technical analysis of cyberattack tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Develop signatures to identify malware families and actor techniques.
• Automate malware analysis and intelligence gathering processes.
• Hunt for novel samples, IOCs, and actor TTPs in datasets.
• Research threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits to enhance monitoring.
• Partner with Incident Response teams to understand incidents and support analysis.
• Document and present findings in technical reports.
• Communicate with business representatives, tech specialists, and vendors.
• Assist peers in producing and disseminating intelligence reports.
• Contribute cybersecurity perspectives to discussions on global tech infrastructure.
