Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading insurer to hire a VP/SVP, Client Experience & Brand to shape the end-to-end client experience for its High-Net-Worth (HNW) business.

The role will lead the strategy and execution of premium client engagement initiatives, exclusive events, partnerships, and brand positioning, collaborating with wealth, marketing, product and operations to deliver a seamless client journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client experience, relationship marketing, brand management, or client engagement.
• Experience in private banking, wealth management, insurance, asset management, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HNW client experience and engagement strategy.
• Design premium client experience, exclusive events, and bespoke engagement programmes for HNW clients and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with key partners across the wealth and lifestyle ecosystem.
• Drive HNW brand positioning through thought leadership, targeted marketing initiatives, and client experiences.
• Analyse client insights and engagement metrics to optimise programmes and improve client retention.
• Partner closely with Business Development, Wealth Specialists, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
