A leading infrastructure company in Singapore is searching for a Vice President - District Cooling & Mechanical Infrastructure to provide strategic leadership for their District Cooling System. The ideal candidate will have over 19 years of experience in mechanical infrastructure, with a focus on operational excellence, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include ensuring uptime, leading sustainability initiatives, and overseeing expansion projects. Qualifications

• 19+ years of experience in District Cooling Systems, Central Utility Plants, and Large-scale HVAC infrastructure.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience handling utility systems for smart cities, large industrial townships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategy for District Cooling and mechanical utilities.
• Ensure 24x7 uninterrupted operations with best-in-class uptime.
• Drive carbon reduction initiatives aligned with ESG commitments.
• Lead greenfield/brownfield expansion projects.
• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and utility providers.
