Mastercard Worldwide in Singapore seeks a seasoned cyber security leader to serve as Vice President, Field CISO Commercial for Asia Pacific. You will partner with CISOs, CIOs, Boards to shape security strategy, reduce risk, and articulate business value of Mastercard's cyber offerings.

You will lead executive engagements, influence product and security roadmaps, and drive growth across the region while representing Mastercard at industry events and customer forums. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership in cybersecurity, information security, or technology risk across global teams.
• Experience as a CISO or equivalent senior cybersecurity leader.
• Ability to advise executive stakeholders on strategy, risk, and transformation.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and C-suite decision makers.
• Background in financial services/payments or regulated industries preferred.

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior customer executives (CISOs, CIOs, CROs, Boards).
• Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity, resilience, fraud, and digital trust.
• Translate security concepts into business outcomes, risk reduction, and competitive advantage.
• Lead executive briefings, advisory sessions, and strategic customer engagements.
• Strengthen executive relationships and position Mastercard as a cybersecurity partner.
• Capture insights to influence product, engineering, and roadmaps.
• Partner with product/engineering to align solutions with security needs.
• Identify market opportunities and customer requirements.
