Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd seeks a VP/Director for Enterprise & Commercial Risk based in Singapore. You will establish and lead the Enterprise Risk function, design the global framework, and partner with Commercial, Finance, Legal and Technology leaders to manage client, supplier, and strategic risks.

This leadership role requires a commercially minded, entrepreneurial operator capable of building scalable governance from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with at least 10 years in Enterprise/Operational/Non-Financial Risk within payments/fintech or related financial services.
• Experience building enterprise risk frameworks from inception in a fast-growing organisation.
• Regional or global multi-jurisdictional experience is essential and valued.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Firm's Enterprise Risk function from inception.
• Design and implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework including risk appetite, policies, reporting and governance.
• Advise senior stakeholders on client, supplier, counterparty and strategic partnership risks; conduct due diligence and contingency planning.
