Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced credit risk professional to drive risk assessments and portfolio management for large corporate clients across SEA, including commodities, energy, real estate and more.

You will conduct in-depth credit analyses, monitor portfolios and market developments, and support annual credit reviews while contributing to risk governance initiatives in a stable, growth-oriented banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of credit analysis/credit risk management experience in corporate banking for large corporates.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate loans, trade finance and global markets.
• Strong understanding of corporate lending and SEA market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth credit assessments, rating evaluations, and risk opinions for corporate financing requests.
• Monitor assigned client portfolios and daily news to proactively identify credit risks and market developments.
• Manage annual credit review processes to ensure alignment with organizational risk parameters.
• Assist senior leadership in preparing materials for risk committees and portfolio reviews.
• Contribute to process optimization, risk governance initiatives, and cross-functional team development.
