• Prepare credit applications and annual reviews for large corporate clients, incl. facility changes, waivers and covenant requests.
• Conduct detailed credit analysis: financial spreading, cash flow, projections, ratings and loan classification.
• Monitor portfolio quality via covenant testing, conditions, early warnings and watchlist triggers.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and approval stakeholders to address credit queries and support approvals.
• Review documentation against terms and maintain data on limits and collateral.

Job Description

• Prepare credit applications and annual reviews for large corporate clients, including facility increases, amendments, waivers and covenant-related requests.
• Conduct detailed credit analysis including financial spreading, cash flow analysis, projections, internal ratings and loan classification.
• Monitor portfolio credit quality through covenant testing, approval conditions, early-warning indicators and watchlist triggers.
• Work closely with Credit Risk and relevant approval stakeholders to address credit queries and support the approval process.
• Review credit documentation against approved terms and maintain accurate credit-related data, limits and collateral information.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 10 years of relevant corporate credit experience within a corporate or wholesale banking environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in credit writing, financial statement analysis, financial modelling and annual credit reviews.
• Experience covering large corporate clients across Southeast Asia, with a strong understanding of corporate lending and portfolio credit risk.
• Exposure to Food & Agriculture, commodities or related corporate sectors will be highly regarded.
