Job summary

Tangspac Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead corporate systems initiatives across HR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing within a regulated banking environment.

You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive digital transformation, systems implementation, and end-to-end delivery. Strong domain knowledge and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within banking.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, functional specifications, solution design, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate system initiatives across HR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing domains.
• Oversee UAT planning, execution, defect management, and production rollout.
• Partner with HR, Communications, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of solutions.
• Conduct process reviews, gap analysis, and optimisation to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and communication to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
