Job summary

Maersk Tankers in Singapore is seeking a Voyage Manager to oversee voyage planning, execution, and profitability for our fleet. You will collaborate with the chartering team and global operations to maximize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong knowledge of tanker operations, charter terms, and proactive stakeholder management. You will report to the Head of Operations in Singapore and contribute to a high-performance, safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing tanker voyages and optimizing profit.
• Strong understanding of charter terms, Bills of Lading, and voyage trades.
• Ability to build productive relationships with charterers, shipowners and ops teams.

In our Singapore Operations team, you will join a team of talented and welcoming colleagues.

You will beworking out of our Singapore office cooperating closely with our charteringteam here, operating product tankers while also interacting with the global operationsteam daily.

You will reportto our Head of Operations in Singapore and be responsible for seamless vessel operationand optimizing profit on voyages. Additionally, it is imperative that you keeppositive and proactive communication with charterers, shipowners and other keystakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and issues are resolved timely andsmoothly.

• An understanding of tanker operations management within the CPP/DPP segment and willing to learn more

• Maintaining productive partner relationships and efficient stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of tanker industry requirements including voyage charter terms, bills of lading, vessel acceptability basis SIRE, regional industry standards
• Voyage management skills with a focus on optimization of the bottom line and forward planning of bunkers and services
• Voyage management system experience preferred (we use IMOS)

Inaddition, you have experience with multiple tanker segments, including tankcleaning procedures and other onboard ship management practices – and relevantsailing experience is of course welcome.
