Job summary

Razer invites talented design students and fresh graduates to join as a Visual Merchandising Intern in Singapore. You will support retail displays, collaborate with cross-functional teams on store events, and contribute to in-store visuals for product launches and campaigns.

You will develop 2D/3D visuals, assist with documentation, and help track merchandising projects while learning from the Visual Merchandising team.

Qualifications

• Efficient in computer aided 2D drawings and 3D visualization.
• Ability to read floorplans and construction drawings.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, details, graphic design, materials and space.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Excel, AutoCAD, Vray or 3D software of choice.
• Fresh graduates OR current students pursuing further studies in design or industrial design.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months for learning exposure.

Responsibilities

• Event Visual & Creative support: Partner with cross-functional teams to support store/partnerships events and campaigns display setup.
• New Product Introductions (NPIs) Creative Execution: Contribute ideas for NPIs, in-store displays, and window visuals; collaborate to execute campaigns and product launches.
• In-store promotional assets development: Design promotional materials and assist in development of retail displays and merchandising materials; prepare visuals for various formats.
• Visual Merchandising Support: Source and procure VM tools and materials; review monthly VM reports to ensure brand guidelines and consistency.
• Administrative Tasks: Create documentation, guidelines, and reports for merchandising projects to ensure consistency and efficient execution.

As a Visual merchandising intern, you will support the development of retail displays and merchandising materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams on store events and campaigns. Additionally, you’ll contribute creative input for product launches and in-store visuals while assisting with documentation and reporting for merchandising projects. Job Responsibilities

1. Event Visual & Creative support

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support store/partnerships events and campaigns display setup
• Support Visual Merchandising team to develop creative assets creation and graphics layout for store events, campaigns, partnerships

1. New Product Introductions (NPIs) Creative Execution

• Contribute ideas and perspectives for New Product Introductions (NPIs), in-store displays, and window visuals to enhance the customer experience.

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to execute campaigns and product launches effectively.

• Manage and plan the VM execution based on stores need and experience.

1. In-store promotional assets development

• Design promotional materials to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Assist in development of retail displays and merchandising materials
• Preparation of visuals for various formats

1. Visual Merchandising Support

• Source and procure visual merchandising tools and materials as needed.
• Review monthly VM reports to ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent standards.

1. Administrative Tasks

• Assist in creating documentation, guidelines, and reports for merchandising projects to ensure consistency and efficient execution.
