Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling, Retail Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably with team coordination.
• Experience in visual merchandising, store planning, retail execution or related function is strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and mentoring a VM team and onboarding new members.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute seasonal visual directives in line with principal guidelines, while adapting them to local market needs.
• Coordinate VM activities, including store visits, window displays, applications, installations and database maintenance.
• Monitor execution quality across stores through photo reviews, memos and regular evaluations.
• Create planograms and display layouts in Displayer where required.
• Support business goals by using VM strategies to improve store presentation, customer engagement, traffic and conversion.
• Maintain high standards in store environment elements such as music, scent and plants.
