Job summary

Monee is seeking an experienced individual contributor in Singapore to lead visual design across the brand and its sub-brands. You will shape a distinctive, trustworthy identity and drive the visual language for marketing campaigns.

In addition to strong traditional design skills, you will develop AI-enabled design workflows and mentor teams while collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver high-impact visuals aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional visual design experience with a portfolio.
• Strong sense of visual trends, global markets awareness, and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual style definition for Monee and sub-brands, creating a clean, trustworthy brand identity.
• Establish and update brand guidelines; build an AI-native visual asset library.
• Own creative design for strategic marketing campaigns with high-converting visuals.
• Develop AI-driven design workflows; explore emerging AI tools for the design team.
• Collaborate with executives, product designers, engineers, and marketing to ensure flawless design implementation.
