Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in investment, brokerage, banking, asset management, capital markets, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, trading activities and financial operations.
Experience in strategic planning, business development, financial management and organizational leadership.
Experience in developing and executing business growth strategies, including client acquisition and market expansion.
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the industry.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, team building, performance management and organizational development.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with senior management and Boards of Directors.
Relevant professional qualifications or industry licences will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute the company’s strategic roadmap, including virtual asset opportunities and core business development.
Lead key growth initiatives including account system optimization, client acquisition, market expansion and brand development.
Monitor market trends, industry developments and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
Oversee financial performance, business operations, budgeting, resource allocation and overall profitability.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, financial institutions and strategic business partners.
Recruit and develop high-performing talent to build and strengthen the company’s core management team.
Implement incentive structures, KPI frameworks and performance management systems to improve productivity and align teams with business objectives.
Ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and internal controls while reporting key business developments to the Board of Directors.
