Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in CS/Robotics/EE with focus on computer vision, ML, or robotics perception.
• Proven expertise in 3D vision, VLMs/VLA, world models, or adverse weather perception.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Publication record in top conferences (CVPR/ICCV/ICRA/NeurIPS) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement advanced perception algorithms in 3D vision, VLM/VLA, and world models.
• Collaborate with sensor fusion, planning, and control teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Publish findings and pursue patents while tracking progress in the field.
• Contribute to scalable deployment of algorithms on embedded platforms.
