Motional Singapore Pte. Limited is seeking an experienced perception engineer to join our team advancing Level 4 autonomous driving technology.

You will work with world-class ML engineers and research scientists to build perception systems for robo-taxis, including object detection, tracking, and sensor fusion across camera, lidar, and radar data. You will design, train, and optimize neural networks, deploy solutions on embedded hardware, mentor junior engineers, and stay at the forefront of

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or higher degrees
• Experience designing, training, and analyzing neural networks for perception applications
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) and software engineering basics
• Excellent communication and mentoring/leadership abilities

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement advanced perception algorithms for object detection, tracking, classification, and segmentation using camera, lidar, and radar data
• Connect and drive business impact through technology solutions
• Design and implement sensor fusion algorithms to combine data from multiple sensors
• Optimize perception algorithms for real-time performance on embedded hardware
• Collaborate with other engineers to integrate perception systems into autonomous systems
• Stay updated with ML and CV research and apply it to real-world problems
• Productionize and deploy solutions onto autonomous vehicle fleets
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team
