Job summary

NoMad is seeking a Guest Experience Executive in Singapore to deliver personalised, premium service to VIP and long-stay guests. You will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless experience and exceptional first impressions in all guest touchpoints.

You will actively engage in guest feedback, loyalty initiatives, and cross-department communication to maintain brand standards and drive guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or customer service roles, preferably hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• High attention to detail and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for VIP and long-stay guests (14 days or longer).
• Anticipate guest needs and brief departments on preferences and requirements.
• Build strong guest relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Ensure personalised service aligned with brand standards.
