Job summary

PARADOX MEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Videographer to ideate and produce compelling videos for social and long-form formats. You will be involved in every stage of production with a social-first approach and AI-driven workflow tools.

The role covers ideation, pitching, and end-to-end content creation, with collaboration across teams to ensure timely delivery and creative quality. Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and editing software is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in videography and editing with DSLR or mirrorless cameras (basic setup).
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe CC, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve).
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for ideation, editing, and workflow optimisation.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm content ideas that align with audience and strategy.
• Create end-to-end videos: pre-production, filming, editing, and delivery.

As a Videographer, you’ll help ideate and produce curated videos that inspire and connect with audiences acrossplatforms. From social media clips to long-form productions, you’ll be hands‑on in every stage of the production process, with a social-first approach and the knowledge ofAI-driven toolsthat improve workflows or explore creative boundaries.

Responsibilities & Expectations

1. Content ideation and Pitching

• ·Involves in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas that resonate with our audience.
• ·Contribute to content strategy and planning, including research of trends, competitors, user-generated content, and markets.
• ·Leverage on AI tools to streamline research, spark creative directions, and enhance content development.

2. Content Creation

• ·Handles end-to-end production — pre-production, filming, editing, etc.
• ·Optimises content for different social platforms.
• ·Work independently or collaboratively to bring ideas to life according to schedule, budget and vision.
• ·Utilise AI-assisted tools where applicable to enhance production value and efficiency.

Design support

Requirements

• · Skilled in videography and editing, with proficiency in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras minimally.
• ·Proficient in video editing software (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Davinci Resolve, etc.)
• ·Have basic knowledge of AI tools for ideation, editing, and workflow optimisation.
• ·Good time management skills.
