Job summary

Paradox Media Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Videographer to ideate and produce curated videos for across platforms. You’ll handle pre-production, filming and editing with a social-first mindset and leverage AI-driven tools to streamline research and enhance creative direction.

You will adapt content for different social platforms, work independently or with teammates, and manage deadlines, budget and creative vision to deliver high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in videography and editing.
• Proficient with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
• Proficient in Adobe CC suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for ideation and workflow.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

As a Videographer, you’ll help ideate and produce curated videos that inspire and connect with audiences across platforms. From social media clips to long‑form productions, you’ll be hands‑on in every stage of the production process, with a social‑first approach and the knowledge of AI‑driven tools that improve workflows or explore creative boundaries.

Responsibilities & Expectations

1. Content ideation and Pitching

• Involves in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas that resonate with our audience.
• Contribute to content strategy and planning, including research of trends, competitors, user-generated content, and markets.
• Leverage on AI tools to streamline research, spark creative directions, and enhance content development.

2. Content Creation

• Handles end‑to‑end production — pre‑production, filming, editing, etc.
• Optimises content for different social platforms.
• Work independently or collaboratively to bring ideas to life according to schedule, budget and vision.
• Utilise AI‑assisted tools where applicable to enhance production value and efficiency.
• Design support

Requirements

• Skilled in videography and editing, with proficiency in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras minimally.
• Proficient in video editing software (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Davinci Resolve, etc.)
• Have basic knowledge of AI tools for ideation, editing, and workflow optimisation.
• Good time management skills.
