Job summary

DMK is seeking a creative videographer/photographer to bring our brand, collections and campaigns to life. You’ll produce catalogue images, campaign photography, social content and event footage, blending fashion sense with storytelling.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and design, plan shoots, direct talent, and edit photos and videos with color accuracy and motion graphics to keep our brand visually strong across channels.

Qualifications

• Produce clean catalogue and product images for e-commerce and social-commerce platforms.
• Create campaign imagery for social media, websites, marketplaces, in-store materials and print.
• Shoot editorial, lifestyle, lookbook and behind-the-scenes content.
• Capture fashion events, collection launches, pop-ups and brand activations.
• Highlight product details, textures, styling and craftsmanship through compelling visuals.
• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
• Produce engaging product videos, styling edits, collection showcases and campaign films.
• Develop brand storytelling content, interviews and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Capture event highlights, real-time social content and event recap videos.
• Adapt content into different formats, durations and aspect ratios for each platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, e-commerce and social media teams on creative concepts.
• Develop mood boards, shot lists and storyboards for campaigns and content shoots.
• Support shoot planning, including locations, lighting, equipment, models and production schedules.
• Direct models and talent to achieve confident, natural and brand-appropriate results.
• Edit and retouch photos while ensuring colours and products are represented accurately.
• Edit videos, including colour grading, sound, subtitles and simple motion graphics.
• Organise and maintain the brand’s photo and video asset library.
• Stay current with fashion, photography and social-media trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

You’ll create everything from polished product and campaign imagery to scroll-stopping social videos and energetic event content. This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion, visual storytelling and how to create content that inspires audiences to engage, share and shop.

What You’ll Do Photography

What We’re Looking For

• A strong photography and videography portfolio, preferably within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or retail.
• Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, composition and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Good understanding of content requirements across e-commerce, social media and print.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Comfortable working in both structured studio shoots and fast-paced event environments.
• Collaborative, adaptable and open to creative feedback.
