BERTYVERSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Video Generalist in Singapore to own the full video production lifecycle from concept to final cut. You will use AI-powered tools to create innovative content, blending generated footage with real footage and audio.

You will rapidly iterate on prompts, maintain style guides, and collaborate with marketing to translate briefs into compelling video concepts for social and branding campaigns.

Qualifications

About the Role

We're looking for an AI Video Generalist to sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and emerging AI tooling. You'll own the full video production lifecycle - from concept to final cut - using AI-powered tools to move faster, experiment more boldly, and produce content that would be impossible with traditional workflows alone.

What You'll Do

• Produce video content end-to-end: scripting, storyboarding, generation, editing, sound design, and delivery
• Use AI video generation tools (Higgsfield etc) to create original footage, B-roll, and visual effects
• Combine AI-generated assets with real footage, motion graphics, and voiceover into polished final cuts
• Write and iterate on prompts to achieve consistent visual style, character, and brand coherence across outputs
• Work with AI audio tools (ElevenLabs, Suno, Adobe Podcast) for voiceover, music, and sound cleanup
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI video landscape and bring new tools into the workflow
• Collaborate with marketing, social, and brand teams to translate briefs into video concepts
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, style guides, and asset libraries for repeatable output

What We're Looking For

Must-have

• 1-2 years of AI generating videos
• Hands-on experience with at least two AI video generation platforms
• Strong visual storytelling instincts - you know what makes a cut feel right
• Comfort with rapid iteration and ambiguous briefs
• Solid prompt engineering skills; you know how to coax consistency out of generative models

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with image generation tools for storyboarding or style development
• Experience with AI upscaling, frame interpolation, or video restoration tools
• Background in social-first or short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Basic understanding of lip-sync and video-to-video workflows
