Job summary

STUCK DESIGN PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Foresight Designer, Motion & AI Video (Junior to Mid-level) to turn foresight work into short films using generative AI, 3D renders and motion design.

You will craft scripts, storyboards, and animatics and collaborate with product, spatial, research and strategy designers. The role focuses on AI-led video creation with 3D assets, ensuring on-brand delivery and clear storytelling for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fresh grads welcome / 1–4 years in motion design or related field.
• Portfolio showing AI-generated video work.
• Hands-on with AI video tools such as Runway, Google Veo, Kling, Luma or Sora.
• Strong editing in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; compositing and motion in After Effects.
• Familiarity with Rhino/Blender is a plus.
• Experience with controllable workflows such as ComfyUI; AI voice/music/upscaling tools is a plus.
• Good judgement on responsible AI use: rights, consent, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and turn drafts quickly.
• Confident verbal and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Turn a research insight or future scenario into a script, storyboard and animatic.
• Build a hybrid pipeline that combines 3D renders, generated imagery and AI video into one coherent film.
• Use Rhino and Blender renders as the anchor, so designed objects stay accurate while AI builds the world and people around them.
• Keep characters, products and spaces consistent from shot to shot, using reference images, custom-trained models or 3D guides.
• Edit, grade and composite footage, and add motion graphics and typography, so the final piece looks finished and on brand.
• Shape the sound of a film through voiceover, music and sound design.
• Deliver concept film, along with social cutdowns and stills for presentation decks.
• Explain your process and creative choices clearly in team reviews.

Foresight Designer, Motion & AI Video (Junior to Mid-level)

We are looking for a Designer who can turn our foresight work into short films that make a future feel real. Much of what we imagine for places, services and products does not exist yet, so there is nothing to film. You will build the footage with generative AI, 3D renders and motion design, and shape it into a story that clients and stakeholders can believe and act on.

Your role will span concept visualisation, AI video creation, editing and strategic storytelling, working closely with our product, spatial, research and strategy designers. The role centres on AI-led video creation using various design assets (3D renders, sketches, plans etc.), rather than live-action shooting and editing.

STUCK's foresight practice imagines places, services and products that could exist in the years ahead. Our films are shown to clients, investors and public-sector leaders, and they are often the main way the people deciding on a proposal come to understand it.

Job Requirements

• Fresh grads welcome/ 1 to 4 years of experience in motion design, video, animation or visualisation, with generative AI as a regular part of your video practice for at least the past year.
• A portfolio of finished video pieces where generative AI did substantial work.
• Hands‑on proficiency with AI video tools such as Runway, Google Veo, Kling, Luma or Sora, and AI image tools such as Midjourney, Flux or Gemini.
• Strong editing and finishing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and compositing and motion skills in After Effects.
• Familiarity with Rhino/blender is a plus.
• Experience with controllable workflows such as ComfyUI, and with AI voice, music and upscaling tools such as ElevenLabs, Suno or Topaz, is a plus.
• Good judgement on responsible AI use: commercial rights and licensing, likeness and consent, keeping confidential client material.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and turn drafts around quickly.
• Confident verbal and visual communication.
