Job summary

Intuitive Films Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Video Editor with at least 3 years of professional experience who can turn strategy and scripts into compelling films that inform, persuade and move audiences.

You will collaborate with Directors, Producers and motion designers to craft editorial storytelling, lead projects, and maintain high-quality craft through pacing, sound design and colour. This role is full-time and based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud workflows.
• Strong instincts for structure, pacing, music and emotion.
• Confident editing scripted and interview-led content.
• Good visual taste with substance over style.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Takes feedback professionally and improves the work.

Responsibilities

• Edit corporate films, brand films, leadership stories and interviews.
• Shape clear narrative structures from scripts, interviews and footage.
• Identify strongest moments, insights and soundbites for impact.
• Distil complex information into comprehensible stories.
• Build pacing and emotional progression to meet objectives.
• Maintain appropriate tone for institutional brands and audiences.
• Collaborate with Directors, Producers and motion designers.
