Job summary

EVOLV Communications Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor for a full-time, one-year contract on site in Outram.

You will transform footage shot by the production team into compelling stories that meet project specifications for long and short formats. Responsibilities include ideation, weaving footage to tell a story, implementing stakeholder notes, and collaborating with team members to communicate the intended creative vision.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or equivalent.
• Is a team player
• Creative, technically inclined
• Knowledge of editing principles
• Able to work well under pressure
• Fast turnaround
• Good understanding of social media production
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, Audition, After Effects
• Proficiency in other areas (colour grading, VFX) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of video ideation and creation.
• Weave footages to tell a compelling story.
• Implement creative notes from stakeholders and clients.
• Work closely with team members to understand requirements and communicate the intended creative vision for production.
• Organised and attentive in the editing and storage for different content.
• Keep up to date with latest video marketing/ social trends.
