Job summary

Intuitive Films is seeking a thoughtful Video Editor with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The role focuses on turning strategy and interviews into clear, influential films for corporate and brand storytelling, using Premiere Pro and After Effects to shape pacing, emotion and strong openings and endings.

You will collaborate with Directors, Producers and Designers to ensure the edit serves the audience and the communication objective, while maintaining high technical standards

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability, not just montage editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Comfortable with After Effects and Adobe Creative Cloud workflows.
• Strong instincts for structure, pacing, music and emotion.

Responsibilities

• Edit corporate films, brand films, leadership stories, profile interviews, employer-branding content and campaign series.
• Shape clear narrative structures from scripts, interviews and raw footage.
• Identify the strongest moments, insights, performances and soundbites.
• Distil complex information into stories audiences can follow.
• Build pacing and emotional progression that supports the communication objective.
• Create openings, transitions and endings that land the story.
