Job summary

AMShots media is seeking a Video Editor to join our creative team in Singapore. You will turn raw footage and concepts into high-quality short-form content, primarily for social platforms, while occasionally contributing to larger productions and campaigns.

You'll collaborate with the team to align with brand goals, audience preferences, and content strategies, delivering polished outputs and managing multiple projects with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience editing for social platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Ability to turn raw footage into engaging short-form content
• Familiarity with current social media trends and formats
• Experience with multiple editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Role Description

We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team and play a key role in producing engaging, high-quality content.

As a Video Editor at AM Shots, you’ll be responsible for taking raw footages and creative concepts and turning them into compelling short-form content that captures attention and performs well on social media. From time to time, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on larger video productions, campaigns, and commercial projects, giving you exposure to a wider range of creative work. You’ll work closely with our creative team to understand each client's brand, audience, and content goals, and translate these into engaging video content, preparing different output formats for multiple platforms, and maintaining organized project files and archives.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Video Editing, including handling raw footage and creating polished final outputs.
• Edit and produce social media Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos on a day-to-day basis.
• Keep up with current social media trends, editing styles, formats, sounds, and viral content.
• Preferably have experience with editing and creative softwares (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
• Relevant education or training in media, film, design, or a related field is beneficial
