Job summary

Employ Borderless PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled video editor to craft engaging YouTube videos and Shorts from our payroll and Employer of Record content. You’ll shape pacing, add captions, motion graphics, and sound design while preserving our brand identity.

You’ll work remotely with flexible hours and contribute to growing audience engagement. The role emphasizes independent work, reliability, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience editing YouTube videos and short-form social content.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

We make videos that explain global payroll and Employer of Record services in plain language, and people watch them because they answer real questions. Our YouTube channel and social accounts are growing, and editing is now more than the team can handle.

You’ll edit short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok) and long-form YouTube videos: captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, and sound design where it earns its place. The goal is always the same - keep someone watching a video about payroll, which is harder than it sounds and more interesting than you’d think.

What you’ll do

• Edit short-form and long-form videos
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, and sound effects where they earn their place
• Create engaging edits that improve viewer retention
• Maintain a consistent editing style and brand identity
• Collaborate with the team to improve video performance and engagement
• Organize project files and deliver videos on schedule

What we’re looking for

• Experience editing YouTube videos and short‑form social content, with work you can show
• A feel for storytelling, pacing, and why viewers click away
• Fluency in a professional editor: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or whatever gets you great results
• Able to work independently, notice details, and meet deadlines
• Clear communication in English

Nice to have

• Experience editing business, finance, HR, SaaS, or educational content
