Paired is seeking a versatile Video & Photo Editor to join the content team. You will produce high-quality images and short-form reels for social platforms, collaborating with creators to maintain a cohesive visual style.

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut is expected, plus a knack for AI editing tools to speed up workflows and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Experience editing video and photo content for social media.
• Portfolio/reel showing both video and photo work.
• Strong understanding of short-form video pacing, trends and formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

Responsibilities

• Edit both video (short-form reels) and photo content for social media platforms.
• Use DaVinci Resolve (preferred) for primary video editing and color grading.
• Work with Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing, motion graphics, and effects.
• Edit and retouch images using Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Create fast-turnaround social content using CapCut.
• Ensure consistent visual style, pacing, and quality across all deliverables.
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt editing style accordingly.
• Explore and apply AI editing tools to improve efficiency and creative output.
