Job summary

MEDIAONE BUSINESS GROUP PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a skilled Videographer and Post-Production Editor to join our creative team. The role focuses on short-form storytelling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with hands-on shooting and editing responsibilities.

You will work closely with the Content and Social Media teams to produce platform-optimised video content, manage the post-production workflow, and stay ahead of emerging social video trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a shooter-editor for short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Familiar with Singaporean social context, trends, slang and pacing.
• Portfolio demonstrating short-form video production and editing.
• Independent work style with openness to feedback.
• Thrives in fast-paced production cycles.

• Provide early-stage input during ideation to help assess feasibility, resource needs, and production timelines
• Conduct video shoots — whether structured or spontaneous — tailored for short-form content
• Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling, platform-optimised video assets with minimal supervision
• Manage the entire post-production workflow from first cut to final delivery
• Maintain high creative standards under tight deadlines
• Identify and adopt emerging trends in social video formats and editing techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a shooter-editor, particularly in creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Strong familiarity with local pop culture, online trends, and Singaporean social context (slang, humour, and pacing)
• Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and respond positively to feedback
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced production cycles
