Job summary

Chinese Media Group seeks a dynamic Video Content Creator & Project Manager to lead the end-to-end videoproduction pipeline and oversee multiple media initiatives for CMG.

The role combines creative video production with project management, including producing and capturing video content at signature events, partner functions and other key activities, ensuring multiple media campaigns are well-coordinated, delivered on schedule and aligned with the Company’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline with 3–5 years of experience.
• Portfolio showcasing video content production.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficient in video editing and CapCut; strong production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Script, shoot, direct, and edit short- and long-form videos for social, web, and digital platforms.
• Plan and execute live or recap video production for signature events and partner functions.
• Handle color grading, sound design, motion graphics, subtitling, and multi-format exports.
• Manage multiple campaigns, ensuring alignment and deadlines.
• Coordinate production workflows across creative, sales, marketing and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to meet milestones.
