Job summary

SPH Media Limited seeks a dynamic Video ContentCreator & Project Manager to lead end-to-end video production and oversee multiple media initiatives for CMG. You will script, shoot, edit and post-produce content for signature events and partner functions while coordinating timelines and stakeholders.

You will work closely with business developers to align campaigns with company objectives, manage production workflows, and ensure on-schedule delivery across platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant disciplines; 3–5 years of relevant working experience (please include your portfolio if available)
• Experience creating engaging video content for social platforms
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns

Responsibilities

• Script, shoot, direct and edit short and long-form video content for social, web and digital platforms
• Plan and execute live or recap video productions for signature events and partner functions
• Post-production: color grading, sound design, motion graphics and multi-format exports
• Manage deliverables across multiple media campaigns and maintain calendars
• Coordinate production workflows between creative, sales, marketing and external partners

We are seeking a dynamic Video ContentCreator & Project Manager to lead the end-to-end video production pipelineand oversee multiple media initiatives for Chinese Media Group (CMG). The rolecombines creative video production with project management, including producingand capturing video content at signature events, partner functions and otherkey activities, ensuring multiple media campaigns are well-coordinated,delivered on schedule and aligned with the Company’s objectives. The role willwork closely with and support the Business Developer in coordinating projecttimelines, stakeholders and deliverables, ensuring the smooth execution ofvideo and media initiatives from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Event Coverage

• Script, shoot, direct, and editengaging short-form and long-form video content for social, web, and digitalplatforms.
• Plan and execute live or recapvideo production for our platform’s signature events as well as collaborativebusiness partner functions
• Post-Production Editing Handlecolor grading, sound design, motion graphics, subtitling, and multi-formatexports optimized for distinct platforms.

Project Management & Multi-CampaignLeadership

• Simultaneously managedeliverables across multiple media campaigns, ensuring creative alignment,resource allocation, and strict adherence to project deadlines.
• Manage social media platformand overseeing content release calendar; establish efficient productionworkflows between creative, sales, marketing and external vendors.
• Partner closely with internalteams, external business partners, event coordinators, and executivestakeholders to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant disciplines; 3-5 years of relevant working experience (please include your portfolio ifavailable)
• Excellent presentation, andrelationship-building skills
• Effectively bilingual inwritten/spoken English and Chinese
• Passionate in creatingentertaining and informative Chinese content in different styles e.g. including interviews, event highlights,B-roll, and live-streams where applicable
• Fun-loving personality, highlycreative with a sense of humour; Keen interest in trending topics, local socialmedia content and Asian Entertainment
• Good knowledge in video editing(e.g: Capcut) and video production
• Adept at using various socialmedia platforms and content management systems, and aware of best practices tooptimise performance
• Highly organised self-starter,capable of managing multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines
• Ability to produce quality workin a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable team player who canwork independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Flexibility to work on weekendswhen required by specific project schedules or events [may require to traveloverseas for event]
