Job summary

WECONEX HOLDINGS (SEA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a visionary sales and marketing leader with 10–15 years in the online travel space to drive growth, expand international markets, and implement go-to-market strategies for our proprietary B2B hotel booking platform.

You will focus on building a high-caliber sales team, generate demand, and leverage existing DMC contacts to convert leads, with frequent travel and base in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in online travel business
• Proven track record in demand generation and expanding international markets
• Go-to-market strategy to drive growth for a proprietary B2B hotel booking platform
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and team building abilities
• Proactive sales approach with existing DMC contacts and prospect leads

Responsibilities

• Assist the Company on sales and marketing activities to improve customer conversion rates, and organize events and travel fairs
• Build a robust sales team in the assigned market segments
• Leverage travel industry relationships to target new opportunities and markets

Job description

Proven track record in the travel industry

Strong interpersonal skills, Leadership, team player

Proactive in generating sales / targeting prospect and must have existing contacts of DMC and potential leads

At least 10-12 years of experience in the hotel industry

Requires frequent travelling
