    As the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all sales functions, expanding our customer base both domestically and internationally, and identifying market opportunities to set strategic directions for business development. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and aligning sales strategies with our overall business goals. Your innovative approach will drive continuous improvement and support the development of new products that cater to the evolving needs of our customers in segments such as VCI paper, VCI films, RP oils, and desiccants.Collaborating closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams, you will be the voice of the customer and a key liaison between various departments. By providing direction, training, and support to our sales, customer service, operations, and commercial teams, you will facilitate the successful introduction of new products and the acquisition of new customers.Your qualifications for this role should include proven senior management experience in manufacturing, particularly in industries related to corrosion protection. A strong background in operations, supply chain, quality, and production will be essential, along with financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Your leadership, communication, and team-building skills will be critical in driving our sales success.Ideally, you will hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements will also be beneficial in this role.This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule, allowing you to work remotely and contribute to our company's growth and success.,
